If tickets were purchased on our website (hometowncinemas.com) or through our mobile app, you can receive a refund up to 30 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation. You can request this refund through your confirmation email for purchases made via our website or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for purchases made via our app. Convenience fees cannot be refunded.
Movie tickets purchased through hometowncinemas.com and through our mobile app include non-refundable convenience fees. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the details of your purchase including title, time, location, seat numbers (at reserved seating locations) and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see. You can receive refunds for tickets up to 30 minutes before the showtime. For purchases made online via our website please follow the refund tickets link on the confirmation email you received.
Refunds or exchanges can be made at the theatre's box office. Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office any time before the showtime. To exchange tickets purchased on hometowncinemas.com or via our app at the theatre, the credit card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office. To refund tickets purchased at hometowncinemas.com or via our app at the theatre (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office to process a refund. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.
Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the purchase but please note that convenience fees for tickets purchased online will not be refunded. There are no refunds after the printed showtime, once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.
